If parents decide to withdraw their children before the start of the academic year, they are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees paid in advance. In such instances, the registration fee is not refundable.
If parents decide to withdraw their children during the course of the academic year, they are eligible for a partial refund based on the ADEK School Fee Framework. Under this framework, fees will be refunded only after a written request has been submitted to the Registrar’s office and all necessary documents have been produced. Tuition refunds are provided to the original payee.
Learners withdrawing from Al Maharat Campus must provide a 30-day written notification to the Registrar's office prior to withdrawal in order for all necessary documents to be ready. After that period, tuition fees are non-refundable and any outstanding amount must be paid in full.Contact Registrar
