At Al Maharat Private School, the safety and well-being of our learners is our top priority. We have a robust safeguarding policy in place that helps to ensure the protection of all students and to provide a safe and supportive learning environment.
We take safeguarding very seriously and have trained staff who are designated safeguarding leads. These staff members are responsible for managing safeguarding concerns and ensuring that all students are protected from harm.
Our school has a number of procedures in place to keep students safe, including:
Carrying out background checks on all staff and volunteers
Providing regular safeguarding training for all staff
Providing a safe and secure environment for all students
Having a clear and confidential reporting procedure for students, staff, and parents
Keeping a close eye on students who may be at risk of harm or neglect and taking action if necessary We encourage all parents to familiarise themselves with our safeguarding policy, which can be found on our school website. If you have any concerns or questions about safeguarding, please do not hesitate to contact any member of the Safeguarding Team. Together, we can help to create a safe and supportive learning environment for all of our learners.
